HM Playa del carmen

The booking method is quite simple and intuitive, the hotel and restaurant service is excellent, pretty attentive and pleasant, the place is renovated as well as the rooms are very thoroughly clean.

Wonderful hotel, everything is few steps. Staff are tremendous pleasant and well prepared and talk great English. There are actually activities every single night and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are somewhat squeaky but that’s quite insignificant. Excellent value for the price!

I have stayed for two days with my fiance. Beds were being cozy and the space was always clean. The staff were quite handy and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big plus the closet. The bathroom was clean and also the shower was excellent. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

Ruth Jones

The hotel was terrific, every little thing really new, many of the employees very attentive and pleasant. While in the breakfast area every thing was very good, high quality and very handle with care.

Really good and clean spot. The area where is located is excellent, just what we needed. Beds were being extremely cozy. There wasn’t a great deal about the social environment but it´s superior for a full night relaxation. I enjoyed my stay here enormously and will most likely reserve yet again for my next visit to Spain.
