HM Playa del carmen

I have booked the room for 5 days with my spouse. Beds were being comfy and the room was normally clean up. The employees were incredibly handy and friendly and always made us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was good. Not a really social hotel at least during our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff in the reception were there at all the hrs. The beds were comfortable and the people in the hotel had been typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Very pleasant hotel and excellent location. Unquestionably will endorse HM Playa del carmen!

Assuming that you are travelling to Spain you should reserve this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very nice. And the nice ambience helped us disconnect, it was very nice.

Great place, almost everything is nearby. Team are super pleasant and helpful and talk great English. You can find activities every night and it´s a fantastic way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed every day. Only thing was my bed for being a bit squeaky but that’s incredibly slight. Great value for the money!

Very wonderful and clean spot. The location is excellent, exactly what we wanted. Beds were being pretty cozy. There wasn’t a great deal of the social environment but it really is fantastic for a complete night rest. I liked my stay here enormously and will probably book again for my future visit here.
